Sound Symposium returns to the Botanical Garden for the second instalment of Echo Village, a living, sounding tableau of local singers, instrumentalists, and sonic visionaries. Echo Village: Songs of Metamorphosis features works from the contemporary choral and operatic repertoire, as well as reimagined works from the early music canon. The evening unfolds as a journey from garden through forest, ending at Oxen Pond for a program celebrating transformation in myth and music.
