NL GROWN PROJECT
A project led by Nancy Winsor, in collaboration with Dc Design House and supported with federal funding through Food Producers Forum is developing an online map of local food producers across our province.
This project which we have linked on our main page over the past year, presents a map and list of community gardens, small and large farms, butchers and other food producers to make it possible for anyone looking for local food to find it in one easy step.
We are looking forward to a new, attractive and easy to use map that will be launched sometime early in 2022 and are glad that we have been able to partner with Nancy to support her project. Please communicate with her if you have a new food source to suggest, would like to be listed or can suggest a new type of food supply source for the map.
