CBC recently posted this article, about Sang Le and Arielle Lok, who buy misshapen and surplus fruits and vegetables from farmers and wholesalers, then redistribute them to consumers through their company, Peko Produce.
Do you think a company like this could operate in Newfoundland and Labrador?
