Second Harvest is conducting some research as a follow-up to The Avoidable Crisis of Food Waste (2019). They have developed a survey to gather more information about food loss and waste within food businesses around the country, and are hoping to gather this information from as many organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador as they can.
The deadline to complete the survey is Monday, May 17th.
